Relax and rejuvenate in air conditioned comfort and tranquil gardens. Our retreats are run on a regular basis throughout the year. Stretch, twist, balance and strengthen with hatha flow yoga, move deeper into opening with restorative yoga, learn techniques for deeper breathing and quietening the mind to be able to move into meditation and deep relaxation. Detox with your ionic foot spa detox treatment while enjoying a shoulder, neck, head massage. 

 

Relax and unwind in the heated spa in our beautiful gardens. Shake up and restore the body’s energy using a Chi machine. Take a stroll on picturesque Deception Bay with a view to Morton Island. Enjoy wholesome, vegetarian, savoury and sweet delights for morning tea and a delicious and nutritious lunchtime meal.
